This procedure is often not so simple and may consume a lot of your time. we will look for a qualified au pair for your family. By means of an application form and pre interview we will get a clear view on your specific needs and preferences. Then we will look for candidate au pairs who meet these requests, present you at least three candidate au pairs and let you choose your preferred candidate. STEP 3 : We advise you and commit ourselves to make the placement process crisp and clear and make it run smoothly. Together with you we will collect all required documents and complete your application file to submit it to the competent authorities.
Finally, Au Pair Thailand guarantees that if your first au pair experience fails, you will have one more chance to welcome a second au pair in your family without fees (see terms and conditions in the agreement for the placement of an au pair). We charge Zero service fee for Host families.

An au pair has:
Our THAI au pairs have at least a bachelor's degree and most of them have also a Master degree or university diploma. Some candidates followed an internship about Western culture or have already a first au pair experience in another country. Others have worked in a kindergarten or are a certified nurse.
The language skills of the au pairs are evaluated by us.
Each candidate should write a motivation letter and provide at least two references. In the motivation letter the au pair will describe herself and explain why he or she wishes to become au pair. The references relate to the au pair’s childcare experience and character

Conditions to be a Host family :
A host family should fulfil the following conditions to be able to welcome an au pair:
- dispose of a private bedroom for the au pair
- one or more children of your family should be younger than 13 years
- for the children under 6, provide evidence that for the period of the stay of the au pair or for the period until the youngest child will reach the age of 6 you have foreseen in childcare for them during the day
- support the au pair in attending language courses
- provide a certificate of good conduct and morals for all major family members
- Minimun AuPair Salary as following aupair regulation in your country
